Strong tasks
- Developing and implementing a long-term growth strategy for the cyber security business division
- Sales growth: increasing market presence, expanding sales channels
- Listening to the market: market trends, competitors, customer needs
- Management of the product development team
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
- Maintaining our strategic partnerships
- Regularly analysing sales data and performance indicators
- Reporting and recommendations for action to the Executive Board
Smart prerequisites
- Completed technical or business studies or comparable training with professional experience
- Proven experience in the successful development and marketing of new product areas or business fields
- Experience in managing and motivating interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent knowledge of market analyses, market research and competitive analysis
- Strategic thinking, strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a rapidly changing and highly competitive environment
