Strong tasks

  • Support for our existing customers
  • Support in the acquisition of new customers
  • Active cooperation with the assigned Key Account Manager
  • Correspondence with our prospects and customers by phone and email
  • Preparation of quotations, processing and follow-up of customer orders
  • Interface between our customers and the technical departments
  • Arranging appointments and documenting sales activities
  • Close cooperation with the internal specialist departments
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

 

Smart requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial/technical training
  • Several years of sales experience, preferably with Internet and IT products (Managed IT Services)
  • High IT affinity and enthusiasm for complex topics
  • Strong customer orientation and self-confidence in customer contact
  • High target and deal orientation
  • Independent, committed and proactive approach to work
  • Team player, strong communicator and assertive
  • Good CRM, MS Office and English skills
