Strong tasks

• Advising our customers and developing solutions
• Creating cost estimates for projects and leading workshops
• Planning complex customer setups based on various technologies
• Supporting operations through the development of automation solutions by always keeping an eye on change, incident, request and problem processing
• Initiating projects and providing technical guidance to project team members

Smart prerequisites

• Completed degree in computer science or technical training
• Enthusiasm for technology and complex topics
• Experience in complex IT infrastructures and IT projects
• Knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Service-orientated, assertive, team player, strong communicator and results-oriented
