Powerful tasks

  • Collecting and analysing all relevant marketing and sales data and creating corresponding reports and forecasts
  • Maintaining and managing the CRM system to ensure and develop accurate customer and sales data
  • Providing KPIs and dashboards to monitor sales performance and identify potential for optimisation
  • Reviewing and optimising existing (online) marketing and sales processes to increase efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy in all sales processes
  • Supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies, tools and training
  • Identifying bottlenecks and supporting the sales team in solving problems
  • Coordinate between sales and other departments (e.g. marketing, product management) to improve the flow of information
  • Supporting the development of sales targets, campaigns, budgets and forecasts
  • Work closely with sales managers to define and implement strategies & campaigns that help increase sales
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to develop new sales approaches and models
  • Manage and optimise sales tools and technologies to increase the efficiency of the sales team
  • Training sales staff in the use of tools and technologies
  • Identifying and introducing new tools that can improve the sales process

 

Smart prerequisites

  • Analytical skills: Experience working with data and using data analytics to make decisions
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools: Solid experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to collaborate with the sales team as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem solving skills: Proactive identification of challenges and development of effective solutions
  • Project management experience: Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and complete them on time
