Strong tasks
- Independent acceptance of customer enquiries (via ticket system (SNOW, iTop, etc.), JIRA, email, chat, telephone) and processing them using HowTos
- Well-founded classification and prioritisation of tickets and, if necessary, forwarding to the responsible service provider/department
- Communication with ticket creators to clarify open points
- Carrying out functional and quality checks of the application to avoid potential problems
- Collaboration in process and quality improvement of the various applications
Smart requirements
- Successfully completed commercial/technical training or a comparable qualification
- High IT affinity and enthusiasm for complex topics
- Strong customer orientation
- Independent, committed and proactive approach to work
- Team player and strong communicator
- Good CRM, MS Office and English skills
