Strong tasks
- On-site support for our customers in the data centres
- Accepting and processing tickets by phone or email
- Ensuring trouble-free hardware operation
- Installation and removal of hardware, as well as its cabling, configuration and maintenance
- Detailed documentation of all activities
- Participation in IT projects
- Flexible tasks in the areas of: DNS, firewall, MS365
Smart requirements
- Service-orientated, reliable and structured working style
- IT training is an advantage
- Strong personal interest in IT and manual dexterity

- Motivation and willingness to learn as well as good German language skills
