Sebastian Cler succeeds Michael Emmer as COO of SpaceNet AG
After more than 20 years with the company and 5 years at the helm, Michael Emmer now wants to take on new challenges. The appointment of Sebastian Cler as COO of SpaceNet AG underlines SpaceNet's endeavours to strengthen its market presence and offer innovative solutions.
Sebastian Cler is the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SpaceNet AG with effect from 1 May 2024. He joins from leading global consulting firm Deloitte Consulting, where he led teams of specialists and supported companies in global growth and reorganisation initiatives. At SpaceNet, he will now support the expansion of the IT security department and the introduction of new cloud services.
With more than 15 years of experience at companies such as SAP, Pricewaterhouse Coopers International and Accenture, Sebastian Cler has extensive expertise in the structuring and transformation of technology-driven companies. He specialises in strategic growth and restructuring initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. He also specialises in the implementation of cloud and digitalisation initiatives.
