SpaceNet AG expands the Management Board
Ingo Lalla is the new Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) of SpaceNet with effect from 1 February 2024. Ingo Lalla comes from cyber security specialist Myra Security, where he was responsible as Vice President Sales DACH for customers from the financial industry, the healthcare sector as well as for critical service providers and the government sector. At SpaceNet, he will be responsible for the expansion of the IT security division and SpaceNet's new cloud services, among other things, as Director of Sales and Marketing. Ingo Lalla has more than 20 years of national and international sales experience for digital service providers in various industries with a focus on cyber security, cloud services, content distribution networks and OTT (over-the-top content). Previously, he was Commercial Director at deltatre, the leading technology provider for sports and entertainment, Sales Director CES at software developer Limelight Networks (now Edgio) and Vice President IPTV & Platform Services at arvato mobile GmbH.

Karin Schuler will become the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SpaceNet from 1 March 2024. Most recently, as Vice President Corporate Services, she was responsible for Finance, Controlling, M&A, Investor Relations and Human Resources at SHS Viveon AG, the leading platform provider for the digitalisation of fraud, risk and compliance processes. SpaceNet benefits from her expertise in software and consulting solutions and digitalisation strategies for companies of all sizes in financial services, retail, e-commerce, industry, telecommunications and energy. Karin Schuler was previously Managing Partner at the private investment office Chandelier GmbH and a bank director in the private investment office for institutional investors at Donner & Reuschel AG for around ten years. She brings in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and credit and risk management from two decades in the banking industry, including at Dresdner Bank, BfG Bank AG Groupe Crédit Lyonnais S.A. and Banque Nationale de Paris S.A.
