Simone Horra (born 1977) took over as Head of Human Resources for over 120 SpaceNet employees in July 2019. In this position, she is responsible for all HR issues such as personnel planning, recruitment, development and administration. Her position also focuses on personnel marketing and employee retention.
Since November 2016, she has already been responsible for HR marketing and recruiting as an HR officer. She organised the company's development programmes and personnel development measures and was responsible for setting up the SpaceNet Academy as an important part of internal training.
She also supports CEO Michael Emmer in both change management and organisational development at SpaceNet. In particular, she accompanies the change processes within the company, which are becoming increasingly important for the management of a company in a highly competitive and fast-moving labour market characterised by digitalisation.
She has extensive experience from her previous career as deputy HR and marketing manager in various medium-sized IT companies.
